A quick guide to getting started with the Shooglebox mobile app
Because you often stumble across interesting things as you're scrolling through your phone, the Shooglebox app makes it easy to share web links, photos, videos, notes and audio files from your Apple or Android device.
It's a great way to quickly save things you don't have time to read or watch when you first spot them in your social newsfeeds or Google search results – then come back to them later on your desktop or laptop to review and explore everything you've added.
How to turn on Sharing and start adding cards
If you’re using an Android device Shooglebox will automatically appear as a Share destination, but if you're using an iPhone you’ll need to add Shooglebox to the list of favourite destinations you can share content to.

In an app like Photos or Safari, tap the share button – usually a box with an upward arrow – and scroll along the list of options until you see the More option.

Tap More and then click Edit on the top menu bar.

Scroll down the list of apps and press the green + button next to Shooglebox. You can also drag Shooglebox further up the list of favourites so it appears sooner in the list when sharing.

Click Done. The next time you share an item from another app, Shooglebox will now appear in the list of options.
In most apps – such as Facebook and Twitter – you'll see the Share icon next to the item you want to save. Tap on it and select Shooglebox from the list of options. In some – like Instagram – you tap a three-dot menu button to access the Share feature.
Apps that work well with Shooglebox
Shooglebox works well with most apps. So if you have a photo or video on your phone, or spot a useful news story on your tablet, you can save them to Shooglebox by tapping the share button on the app you're using, or your mobile browser.
