Editing the front of cards
Because everything you pop into Shooglebox is represented by a card – whether it's an image, a video, music, a quotes, notes, document or web link – there a number of ways you can format your cards so they stand out.
Once you've created your card – you can find out more about the different types of cards you can create here – click on the three dots in the bottom right hand corner of the card and choose Edit card front.
You'll then see a series of options to optimise the presentation of your card.
You can choose to make it image only, text only, image and text and, by clicking on the arrow below the image, can choose whether you'd like a deep or shallow image.
Text on the front of a card is automatically sized to fit the available space. You can make your text bold, italic or underlined and, if you select the auto-fit toggle, you can choose the size you'd like your text to be.
You can also re-size or choose a different image for the front of your card. Click on the pencil icon in the top right hand corner of the card. You'll see a number of editing options.
Click plus or minus to zoom in or out on your image; drag your image to re-position it; or choose the delete icon to remove the image and choose a new one.
You can also choose a colour for the front of your card. Go to Explore in the top right corner of the page, pick Colour from the list of options, choose the colour you want and tap on cards you'd like to use that colour on. Find out more here.
