Creating cards with video
You can create a card with your own video or from video sites including YouTube and Dailymotion.
To create a card with a video from a site like YouTube just open Shooglebox in your web browser, go to YouTube in another browser tab or window and copy and paste the url into a new card.
Alternatively you can click on the padlock, logo or icon to the left of the url and drag it into Shooglebox until you see the blue Drop it here message.
You’ll be able to play the embedded video and read more information about it on the back of the card. Choose Edit to add extra detail. Please note: videos may be subject to copyright.
You can also upload any videos of your own that you’ve saved on your phone or PC.
To upload a video from your phone go to your video library, tap the share button and then choose Shooglebox from the list of options.
To upload a video saved on your PC, open Shooglebox in your web browser, go to your documents and drag the file into Shooglebox until you see the blue Drop it here message.
